3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, clients must:

4. Payments & Refunds

• All services require an upfront deposit or full payment, as agreed upon.

• Due to the nature of our work, refunds are only granted in cases of non-delivery or failure to meet the agreed scope.

5. Revisions & Edits

• Clients are entitled to a set number of revisions as outlined in their service agreement.

• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the content.

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final content.

• How the content is used after delivery.
• Any third-party actions, including plagiarism claims after content handover.
• SEO or ranking performance, as content success depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

9. Termination of Services

Scribble Effects reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• A client engages in unethical practices or violates terms.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• There is repeated failure to communicate or provide necessary materials.
